Business Recommendations

We have more than 10 years of experience working with a wide range of laser tag and military traing FireTag equipment. We have hosted thousands of tactical trainings and events of all sizes. Based on this experience, here are several recommendations:

How to Make the Training More Engaging

1. Let customers load blank magazines

Trainees will be amazed if you give them blank cartridges in boxes and let them load their magazines—just like in a real combat scenario.
The preparation stage becomes part of the overall training experience.

2. Use load-bearing vests and tactical gear

Provide trainees with load-bearing vests, chest rigs, or their replicas so they can carry magazines and equipment more realistically.

3. Run complex and challenging scenarios

Classic modes like Deathmatch or Free-for-All are always fun, but trainees —especially regulars—will appreciate more advanced scenarios.
Use additional equipment to create:

  • counter-terrorist missions
  • bomb-planting or bomb-defusing operations
  • building or zone capture
  • hostage rescue
  • VIP escort missions

4. Use statistics

Trainees love to see:

  • who eliminated whom
  • who scored the most kills
  • who was the most effective
  • how many cartridges were used

Detailed statistics make the experience deeper and encourage replay value.

5. Enable friendly fire

Even in simple scenarios like Team Deathmatch, enable friendly fire.
This dramatically increases realism and forces operators to think and communicate more strategically.

Advertising

1. Always take photos and videos

Record:

  • the tactical training procees
  • military training equipment handout
  • operators loading blank magazines
  • emotional moments after the practice

People love taking pictures with weapons and sharing them on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok.
This organic social media activity becomes powerful, free advertising for your business.

A good smartphone is usually enough, but a professional camera improves content quality.

2. Encourage customers to share content

Ask trainees to post photos and videos from your events.
Request permission to upload their content to your business pages—and make sure to tag them.
This increases reach and builds community engagement.

Offer Additional Services

You can generate extra revenue by offering premium add-ons:

  1. GoPro helmet cameras — record an operator’s personal point-of-view footage.
  2. Give Walkie-talkies to the operators.
  3. Drone photos and videos — aerial shots look impressive and instantly elevate the event’s quality.
