Military / Tactical Simulation System — Payment & Delivery
The main production facilities of our company are located in Riga, Latvia (European Union).
We ship products using UPS or FedEx, depending on which service offers the lower delivery cost for your region. We do not have fixed production times — manufacturing depends on the complexity of your order, the availability of ready-made components in stock, and the current assembly queue. The average delivery time from Latvia to the United States is approximately 10 days.
Payment and Delivery Process
- We discuss and agree with you on the list of equipment you need.
- After the equipment list is confirmed, we calculate the shipping cost and determine the production timeframe.
- We prepare a formal bank invoice, or we can issue a PayPal payment link, or discuss alternative payment methods. Payment is accepted in Euros or U.S. Dollars.
- We manufacture the equipment and ship it to your country.
- UPS or FedEx delivers the shipment to your country and may issue you an invoice for import duties (if applicable) and customs brokerage services (typically $30–$70). These fees can usually be paid directly on the courier’s website.
- After import duties are paid, the goods are delivered to your door.
Important Note
Please note that we do not sell blank-firing guns. Our military / tactical simulation system consists of IR emitters that are installed on the customer’s blank-firing guns, hit sensors, and additional Miles-compatible devices.
